Born in Costa Rica, Ignacio has spent his career working in the hospitality industry.  Along with Laurence he will help craft your individualized vacation experience.

You will want to try to take Isaday home with you.  The housekeeper of all housekeepers, Isaday lives in an apartment on the villa grounds.  From laundry to linens Isaday is on top of things, yet never in the way and always maintaining your privacy.

Stemming from the luxury hospitality market, Laurence, our Guest Services Manager, will take care of all the details and handle arrangements to make your arrival and transition as seamless as possible. While at the house, she will give you expert local advices and insider recommendations to help make your vacation in Dominical and Costa Rica Southern Pacific a truly memorable experience. Oringinally from France and now in Dominical for 5 years, multilingual, focused on guest satisfaction, she will offer you an individualized experience that fits your unique preferences.
